In observance of World Organ Donation Day 2022, BGS Gleneagles Global Hospital unveiled “India’s Largest Donor Recognition Wall” to recognize the ultimate act of kindness by the families of deceased when they themselves are in a sense of extreme loss. This 8-foot-tall and 22.5-foot-wide magnificent structure has names of 132 such heroes and can hold up to 500 more at full usage.
The inauguration took place in the presence of Revered Sri Sri Dr Prakashnath Swamiji (Managing Director, BGS Group of Institutions & Hospitals). The ceremony also witnessed the presence of Mr Anurag Yadav, CEO, IHH India; Dr M Indumathi, Director, Directorate of Health & Family Welfare Services, Arogya Soudha; Shri Vinay Guruji, Spiritual Leader; and Dr M E Mohan, Dean & Principal, BGS Global Institute of Medical Sciences.
