Near-fatal accident victims back on foot, thanks to Aware

26-Dec-2019

Surgeons from Aware Gleneagles Global Hospital, LB Nagar, on Thursday said they had successfully helped two teenage brothers walk again after a near-fatal accident that caused serious multiple injuries.

Five months ago, the brothers — Shashank Thakur and Rajeev Thakur — were brought to the hospital with grievous injuries after a major road accident. The nature of wounds required immediate attention from the surgeons so that the limbs of both the youngsters could be saved.
