You are an integral part of the healing process
VISITING A PATIENT
At Gleneagles Global Hospitals, we understand the social and emotional bonds that we share as humans. The touch of love and the affection of our dear ones are forces we believe catalyze the healing process. We are happy to welcome visitors at designated hours and spend time with the patients. Our role is to create an atmosphere of holistic health for all our patients – and that includes access to their family and friends. At the same time, we are steadfastly committed to ensuring the patient receives adequate rest, is protected from outside infections and that the sterile hospital environment is never contaminated by external visitors. For patients under intensive care, access may be more restricted and we trust as well-wishers, you understand our concerns. To ensure the comfort and wellbeing of the patients, the hospital has designed certain guidelines for the visitors.
VISITOR GUIDELINES
A hospital is a shared entity and each one of our patients reserves the right to the most secured, sterile and secluded environment to be able to regain their health. In this regard, we have a set of guidelines for our visitors that helps maintain sanctity of the aforementioned principle.
